Unique ceramic vase made in Germany (embossed and printed on the bottom of the vase) with a landscape of mountains, a rushing river and a secluded log cabin, signed Danilo.
The vase is painted in green and yellow with gilt dots along the handles and around the narrow part of the neck as well as a gilt rim at the mouth of the vase. The front of the vase is either painted with a pretty scene that includes snowy mountains, a log cabin and a rock filled rushing river. It feels like Germany, Austria or other similar beautiful European location.
I have yet to date the vase, but believe, based upon the embossed "Germany" on the bottom, probably produced between 1923 and 1949.
