The Barber Quarter was struck by the United States Mint from 1892 through 1916 and designed by Mint Engraver Charles Barber. 

In 1908 over 6 million of these coins were printed.

This 1908 coin has not been graded by a professional, appears to be in good condition.

On the Obverse:  IN GOD WE TRUST and stars all raised and worn little; LIBERTY on Headband has been worn away.   

On the Reverse:  All text is worn especially closest to the rim; the stars are in good shape; Rim shows extensive wear to show almost no features  4 letters in ribbon legible (R-I-B and U).
