Suds in Your Eye by Mary Lasswell originally published in Nov 1944 with this the 14th impression printed in March 1944.
Cute story of three women, how they live and survive (thanks in great part to beer) postt WWII. Book is in very good condition. Considering that there is no dust jacket, the cover is barely worn, very little shelf wear with minimal fraying on the bottom part of the spine. Cute End/Fly pages, little page discoloration.
7-3/4" x 5-1/4" 220 pages.
Illustrations by George Price. Houghton-Mifflin Company, Boston, Riverside Press. 14th Impression, March, 1944
